Terms of sale and delivery
The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from the Soys Ecologist Candles webshop. These terms and conditions apply when no other written agreements have been made between the buyer and Soys Ecologist Candles.
Shipping costs
All packages are shipped by GLS with tracking number.
Documentation and instructions
If there are product descriptions and user manuals for the product, these can be found here on our website under the respective products. If you require further information or advice from us, this is of an indicative nature. We cannot guarantee 100% that all asthmatics and allergy sufferers can tolerate our products, although many can. It is therefore important, if in doubt, that you test a small amount yourself at first. We are always ready to advise and help you when you contact us.
Delivery times and transport
When ordering in the webshop, the customer automatically receives an order confirmation we e-mail directly after the purchase is completed. Therefore, no additional paper order confirmation is enclosed in the package upon delivery. Deliveries from the Soys Ecologist Candles webshop are considered to be completed when the customer has received the purchase. All orders are delivered by GLS – unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and Soys Ecologist Candles webshop. This means that the goods are shipped within 9 business days after receipt of order. Delivery to the buyer’s address in Denmark will therefore normally take place within 3 working days thereafter. The stated delivery time is indicative and may vary. If there is a delay, the customer will be notified directly by e-mail.
Risk of the goods
The risk for goods ordered in our webshop is transferred to the buyer when the right of withdrawal after 14 days from receipt has expired. If the goods have been damaged or deteriorated after the buyer has received them, the buyer retains his right of withdrawal if the damage or deterioration is not due to negligence or lack of care on the part of the buyer.
Remember to keep the original packaging, as the goods must be returned in their original packaging in the event of a complaint or damage.
Complaint
Any defects or deficiencies in products / goods delivered from Soys Ecologist Candles webshop, must be invoked as soon as possible by writing to us at service@soysecologistcandles.com. It is your duty to indicate and, if requested, show how the defect or deficiency manifests itself. As a rule, you can only complain about defects that appear within 2 years after you have received the goods. For goods with a limited shelf life, your right to complain is limited by the shelf life period that Soys Ecologist Candles webshop has given you in the product description in the webshop. The exception to this general rule is if an exchange is impossible – if the product has been discontinued, for example – or would entail disproportionately high costs for Soys Ecologist Candles webshop.
Right of withdrawal
Soys Ecologist Candles webshop grants 14 days right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive the item. If you cancel the purchase, Soys Ecologist Candles webshop must be notified within 14 days after the day you received the goods. You are obliged to return the goods in the same condition and quantity as received. This also applies to the packaging and information labels on the item. You must bear the costs associated with returning the goods. You can cancel a purchase either by refusing to accept the goods or by returning the goods to the address provided.
Duty of disclosure
Contracts (purchase orders) can be concluded in Danish or English and kept by the company for 5 years, according to the accounting law. It is not possible to access the contract subsequently via our website. If you wish to receive a new copy of purchase orders by e-mail, please send an e-mail to: sales@soysecologistcandles.com.
Prices and payment
At Soys Ecologist Candles webshop we accept payments with VISA, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe as well as payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by card. We charge the usual payment fees, which depend on your choice of payment.
If you are a Danish company or public institution with an EAN number, you can pay via EAN, which is payment by electronic invoice. You state your EAN number when ordering and an electronic invoice is sent for payment at the time of delivery.
All prices in the Soys Ecologist Candles webshop – at the web address https://www.soysecologistcandles.com are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of postage/freight.
